We've put 95% of the wedding money* into savings and used the remaining 5% between us to buy some things of our choosing. I chose a bookcase and a Wacom Bamboo Fun artist tablet. I am already in love with the latter.
I am very excited that this tablet will inspire me to draw regularly again. At first I predict I will mostly be re-rendering old inked drawings of mine, both for practice and pleasure. We'll see how it goes!
*an exact figure!

All that has ever been created was done so for a reason, even if that reason is just for it to be.
How was your 4th O' July?
And I'm still determined to draw you something!

Nathaniel and I just moved and now we are moving AGAIN due to major dissatisfactions with our current apartment complex. It has been madness trying to find a new place that had availability within 30 days. (30 days is the window amount of time after move-in that we can bail on our lease without penalty if we're unhappy.)
SooOoOoOoO. I was hoping by now I'd be making some art, but it is not to be. I must wait until our next move, and then maybe we can start settling in and making our home "home."
The good news is that Nathaniel and I have proved that we are going to last a million billion years from the way we've handled this incredibly stressful and stupid situation. Hooray for being a happy couple!
So how are things with you? Hopefully less chaotic!
Every arteest's nightmare: the inability to draw when and where desired. At least there are napkins for backup, and in desperate cases, body limbs. XD
My days have been fairly quiet (aka boring, ha). I'm starting to feel like my old self, artistic wise. For quite a while I've felt uninspired, the main cause being burnt out from college. Other than that, not much else has really been going on. Hopefully you'll be able to have some quiet days of your own soon, after this whole ordeal!

So much has been going on since we last wrote that I'm not sure where to begin, but suffice it to say that Nathaniel and I are still happy and getting along in the world as best we can.
I hope your life has been a GOOD soap opera. ^__^
You are busy busy busy.
I'm busy busy busy, too.
